OCR - Stock Decision Error (Reclassification)

 

Stock Decision Error

 

Queries: (i) Stock Decision approved but still showing picker pending

               (ii) If Stock transferred from one Item to another but still Stock not showing in                       To Item 

Resolution:

 

1. Check the Item and the correct stock quantity for which the user has request and click on Edit in OCR Workplace.(Receipt Query Tab)

 




2. Check if the stock decision is Approved or IN- Process in OCR Workplace after clicking the Edit option (Receipt Query Tab)

 



  

3. If it shows IN-Process, then click on the Back option and Delete the request

 


4. If it shows Approved, open the app Reclassification Detail Update

If its OK - T, stock is transferred. If its NOT, there is some technical issue. Hence we will go back and delete the request from the same tab, as well as delete the request in OCR Workplace in Receipt Query tab for the same correct quantity.

 

5. Next check the error Message in Reclassification Detail Tab. Accordingly provide the solution after checking the Error message.

 


6. Accordingly after checking the error message we can also try to repush the transaction and update.

 



7. Update the REC. Status as “Select” and Save. If its just a simple error the transaction will be updated if Not its stuck hence the only option is to delete the request.

  

Check in MMS130 the reason for stock not being transferred if the stock still remains in To Item. (Reclassification)
