CRM - Cannot add Variant of an Item(SKU)

 Cannot add Variant of an Item(SKU) - CRM

 Checkpoints:

 

1. Go to MMS001 and check the number of Variants for the Item

 


 

2. Check if any CO’s are created in OIS301 for the Item

 


If CO’s are created ask the user to delete the CO’s first and confirm. If there are no CO’s created go the next step.

 

3. Go to MMS001 and delete the Variant.

 


4. Again go to MMS001, delete the feature/style listed for the Item as well.

 


 




After Deleting the option feature later again delete the Width.

 


5. Last go to MHS001, and delete the variant from there too.
