Add/Create New - Substrat Code

Steps to be followed-

1. Go to SHAHI App and then click on the Applications.

2. Now click on SRM - Trims Coding - 1364

3. Now click on Trims Substrat Master - 1365

4. Once you click on it, the below screen will display.

The path of the application is -

Shahi App > Applications > SRM - Trims Coding >

Here, You will get the requirement from the user in this way.

Check Points -

ü Before creating any code, first you need to check whether the Substrat code exists or not under which you need to create any code.

ü If not, then click on new and create as per requirements.

ü If yes, then you need to create the codes under the existing Substrat code.

Resolution -

Now once you search the Substrat code, you will see this screen. For example, I need to create SETS under UOM in RI(Substrat Code). So I need to search for it first to check if it is existing or not.

Here you need to click on the Details Icon, as RI is existing, we will create the codes under this Substrat Code only.

Once you click on Details, the below screen will display.

Now as per user requirements, you need to add SETS under the UOM option in the Rivets trim code. i.e., RI.

Now as shown in the above image, there is an option UOM, you need to click on the Action icon under UOM Code.

Once you click on it, you will see the existing options under UOM on the right side as shown in the below image.

Now again you need to make sure whether the code asked by the user to create does exist or not.

If not then only you need to create. As the SETS option is not there, will create the code.

Now you need to type the SETS as required by the user in the empty column as shown in the below image.

Now click on the SAVE button to save the code.

Now you can see the option SETS has been added under the UOM code as per the requirement as shown in the below image.
