How to add a name to Approver or Picker Team
Path - Shahi App > Applications > IT - ERP Support >
Application Name - Reclassification Authority Access(3241)
Checkpoint -
1. Always check if the team is created or not.
2. Always create the team with the correct location.
Information from the user’s end -
1. Card no. Of the user whose name has to be added to Picker or Approver list.
2. Exact team that has to be created.
3. WH and the Unit code.
Steps to be followed -
1. Go to the application and click on New Button.
2. Once You click on New, you will see the below screen. Here you need to click on the ADD Button Icon.
3. Here you need to add the location code and then the team name then click on Save Button.
4. Now you need to select the Authority type, Transaction type, WH, Team Name, User’s Card no., and the Unit code then click on Save Button.
Transaction type --
Normal to Normal-> Reclassification from normal Item to normal Item(Stock RC)
OCR to Normal->Reclassification from OCR Item to Normal (Stock Re-use)
Normal to OCR->Reclassification from Normal Item to OCR Item(Stock Decision)
Note: 1. Picker should belong to Stores department only
2. You cannot add any merchant or BI person to the picker list
3. Once the name is added to the picker or approver list, that user cannot raise a new request for
reclassification as the new button will be disabled after adding the name.
