Invoice Address could not be found for Unit - SCM/SRM/OCR

* Issue: Invoice address could not be found while editing PO

 Note : Invoice address for SCM/SRM/OCR


Solution: Check whether the mapping of Address is done in INFOR

 

1. Go to SRM Workplace -> Edit PO

Enter the PO no and click on search






 

 

2. Click on the edit tab and go to Address tab and click on the HUT sign


 

 


 

 

3. Go to the Invoice Address and search with the UNIT code, if the address is not found:


 

 

 

Solution:

 

Go to INFOR, command CRIN02

1. Check in Type 1 if the Unit code is updated or not

 


 

 

2. Check in type 3 if the Same Unit code is mapped or not


 

 

3. Check in Type 4 if the Unit code is mapped or not


 

 

 

If the Unit code is not mapped in any one of the Type either 1, 3 and 4 the Invoice address will not show up.

 

1. Copy the previous Unit Code:


 

 

2. Enter the correct Details in the following required Columns:

  Cannot add Variant of an Item(SKU) - CRM   Checkpoints:   1. Go to MMS001 and check the number of Variants for the Item     2. Check if any CO’s are created in OIS301 for the Item   If CO’s are created ask the user to delete the CO’s first and confirm. If there are no CO’s created go the next step.   3. Go to MMS001 and delete the Variant.   4. Again go to MMS001, delete the feature/style listed for the Item as well.     After Deleting the option feature later again delete the Width.   5. Last go to MHS001, and delete the variant from there too.
