Change Ex-Factory Date for an Item

 


 

 

Conditions to change the Ex-Factory Date:

 

1. Only a Merchant can update the Ex-Factory Date or the one who has created the Item.

While changing the Date one has to click on the check box on the right of the column and update.


 

 

 

2. If Planning is done for the Item, then the Planning and Custom to Forward should be removed from the CO.


 

 

Once removed all the details would be blank.


 

 

 

3. If CO is approved it should be unapproved. Only after unapproval it will  allow changes.  

4. Also if OCR is generated, first OCR has to be un-initiated. Request has to be sent to BI Team for uninitiation and OCR has to be  removed.

  Cannot add Variant of an Item(SKU) - CRM   Checkpoints:   1. Go to MMS001 and check the number of Variants for the Item     2. Check if any CO’s are created in OIS301 for the Item   If CO’s are created ask the user to delete the CO’s first and confirm. If there are no CO’s created go the next step.   3. Go to MMS001 and delete the Variant.   4. Again go to MMS001, delete the feature/style listed for the Item as well.     After Deleting the option feature later again delete the Width.   5. Last go to MHS001, and delete the variant from there too.
