CRM Workplace - Item not visible for CO Approval

 Item not visible for CO approval - N997 N998 - 229724


1. CO approver name added or not -

Shahi App > Applications > IT - ERP Support > 3542



2. Delivery Date Wrong (May be according to Merchant) - CRM Workplace 

Shahi App > Applications > CRM - Work Place (New M3) > 2448




3. CO Approval request will only show up within 5 days of the given Delivery Date


4. Check if OCR is initiated. If the item reflects in OCR In Scope tab CO cannot be approved

 Shahi App > Applications > OCR WorkPlace > 3213

 

Solution - Remove the item from OCR, unlock the Item from BI team 



 


5. Check the status for the Item - It should be 20 - released

   Infor M3 - Command MMS001

  If the item is at 80 status item is closed.

 




6. Also check the Ex-Factory date for the Item.

  Cannot add Variant of an Item(SKU) - CRM   Checkpoints:   1. Go to MMS001 and check the number of Variants for the Item     2. Check if any CO’s are created in OIS301 for the Item   If CO’s are created ask the user to delete the CO’s first and confirm. If there are no CO’s created go the next step.   3. Go to MMS001 and delete the Variant.   4. Again go to MMS001, delete the feature/style listed for the Item as well.     After Deleting the option feature later again delete the Width.   5. Last go to MHS001, and delete the variant from there too.
