 Cost Centre Creation

 Steps to be followed -

1. Go to INFOR and open CRS630.

2. Dim - 3 and Sorting Order Should be 1 - Accounting Dimension.


3. Now, Cost Centre consists of 8 digits.

4. For eg. UP0JP481,

Here 2 digit i.e., UP is for State Code

Next 2 digit i.e., 0J is for Unit Code(Pre-defined)

The next 4 digist I.e., P482 is for Cost Centre Description Name(Pre-defined)

5. Now copy the existing cost centre code with the same Cost Centre Description Name. For example, you need to create the unit code for CALIBRATION & TESTING SERVICES, So the pre-defined description for CALIBRATION & TESTING SERVICES is P482.


6. And make the changes accordingly. Edit the State and Unit Code.



7. Change the Description as per the unit code.

Ø P481 - AMC SERVICES UTILITY

Ø P301 - AMC SERVICES ELECTRICAL

Ø H801 - AMC SERVICES HOUSEKEEPING

Ø OM01 - AMC SERVICES MACHINES

Ø P401 - AMC SERVICES

Ø P482 - CALIBRATION & TESTING SERVICES

  Cannot add Variant of an Item(SKU) - CRM   Checkpoints:   1. Go to MMS001 and check the number of Variants for the Item     2. Check if any CO’s are created in OIS301 for the Item   If CO’s are created ask the user to delete the CO’s first and confirm. If there are no CO’s created go the next step.   3. Go to MMS001 and delete the Variant.   4. Again go to MMS001, delete the feature/style listed for the Item as well.     After Deleting the option feature later again delete the Width.   5. Last go to MHS001, and delete the variant from there too.
